The TLE9251VSJ is the High Speed CAN transceiver generation, used inside HS CAN networks for automotive and also for industrial applications. The TLE9251VSJ meets the current ISO11898 standard, upcoming 2016 version, SAE J1939, J2284-4/5. It features a low power Stand-by mode with bus wake-up pattern (WUP) detection according to ISO 11898-2 (2016). Offered in PG-DSO-8 and leadless PG-TSON-8 (TLE9251VLE) packages, it provides high ESD robustness, low EME, stringent EMC compliance, CAN FD support up to 5 MBit/s, and fail-safe features for ideal passive behavior.
