The TLE9250XSJ is the High Speed CAN transceiver generation, used inside HS CAN networks for automotive and also for industrial applications. The TLE9250XSJ meets ISO11898 and upcoming 2016 standards, SAE J1939, J2284-4/5. Offered in PG-DSO-8 and leadless PG-TSON-8 (TLE9250XLE) packages, it provides high ESD robustness, low EME, stringent EMC compliance, CAN FD support up to 5 MBit/s, and fail-safe features for ideal passive behavior.
