The TLS820D0EL V50 is a high performance very low dropout linear voltage regulator family for 5 V supply in a SSOP14-EP package. The regulators, with an input range of 3V to 40V and a low 40μA quiescent current, are suitable for automotive or supply systems. They offer 200mA max output current, 2% voltage accuracy, fast regulation, and stability with a small 1μF ceramic capacitor. At currents below 100mA, the device has a very low 70mV typical dropout voltage, making it ideal for automotive systems during cranking.
