With input range of 2.75V to 42V and ultra low quiescent current of 5.5μA, TLS805B1LD V50 is perfect for automotive applications. It offers fixed 5V output with 2% accuracy and 50mA current capability. Requires only 1μF ceramic capacitor. Suitable for cranking conditions. Includes internal protection for current limitation and overtemperature shutdown. Enable feature for on/off control with <1μA current consumption when switched off.
