The IRS2093 integrates four channels of high voltage, high performance Class D audio amplifier drivers with PWM modulators and protections. The IRS2093M is a four channel Class D audio amplifier driver with integrated PWM modulators and over current protection. The versatile structure of the analog input section with an error amplifier and a PWM comparator has flexibility of implementing different types of PWM modulator schemes.
