The TLS810B1LD V50 is a linear voltage regulator featuring wide input voltage range, low drop out voltage and ultra low quiescent current. New in 3.3mm * 3.3mm TSON10 automotive package, TLS810B1LDV50 is a low quiescent current regulator. With input range of 2.75V to 42V, it's ideal for automotive applications. 5.0V output, 2% accuracy, and 100mA current capability. Requires just 1μF ceramic capacitor. Enable feature for on/off control, consuming <1μA. Suitable for systems during cranking. Includes internal protection for current limitation and overtemperature shutdown.
