The TLS850F0TA V50 is a high performance very low dropout linear voltage regulator for 5 V supply in a PG-TO263-7 package. With input range of 3V to 40V and low quiescent of 40μA, TLS850F0TAV50 is ideal for automotive applications. Output accuracy of 2%, maximum 500mA current. Requires only 1μF ceramic capacitor. Low dropout voltage (<70mV) below 100mA. Suitable for systems during cranking.
