The ITS42k5D-LD-F is a 2.5Ω dual channel high-side PMOS power switch including protection and diagnostic functions. The ITS42k5D-LD-F features channels capable of driving loads up to 250mA, making it suitable for decentralized loads with long cables or inductive loads. Its integrated freewheeling diodes simplify design by eliminating the need for external components. This makes it ideal for space-constrained applications, with the very small leadless PG-TSON-10 package accommodating up to two channels.
