The TLF80511EJ V33 is a linear low dropout voltage regulator for load currents up to 400 mA with fixed output voltage (5V and 3.3V). Input voltage up to 40V regulated to VQ,nom = 3.3V (±2% precision). TLF80511EJ V33 ideal for low operating currents (38µA) in battery-connected systems. Dropout voltage: 100mV (<100mA). Extended operating range from 3.3V. Suitable for automotive systems. Fast regulation concept with single 1µF output capacitor for stable regulation.
