The TLE7258D is a transceiver for the Local Interconnect Network (LIN) with integrated wake-up and protection features. The TLE7258D is designed for in-vehicle networks with data transmission rates up to 20 kbps, compliant with ISO 17987-4, LIN Specification 2.2A, and SAE J2602. It operates as a bus driver, with very low current consumption in Sleep mode and wake-up capability. This AEC Qualified green product is especially suitable for harsh automotive environments and is available in a leadless PG-TSON-8 package.
