The TLS205B0EJ V50 is a micropower, low noise, low dropout voltage 5 V regulator, output current of 500 mA with a dropout voltage of 350 mV. TLS205B0EJV50 is designed for battery-powered systems with low quiescent current (30μA). Low output noise with external 10nF bypass capacitor (down to 42μVRMS). Stable with small output capacitors (3.3μF). No series resistance needed for ceramic capacitors. Internal protection: reverse battery, current limiting, reverse current.
