TLE4263GM is a 5-V low drop voltage regulator in a SMD package PG-DSO-14-30, PG-DSO-20-35, or G-DSO-8-16. The maximum input voltage is 45 V. The IC regulates an input voltage VI in the range of 6V < VI < 45V to VQ,nom = 5.0V. Maximum output current > 200mA. Short-circuit and temperature protection. Reset signal generated for VQ,rt < 4.5V (adjustable to 3.5V). External capacitor sets reset delay. Integrated watchdog logic supervises microcontroller. Inhibit input switches off IC (current consumption < 1μA).
