The TLE4251D is a monolithic integrated low drop voltage tracker, housed in PG-TO252-5-1 package The TLE4251 is an automotive-grade device with protection against overload, short circuit, and reverse polarity. It tracks supply voltages up to 40 V to a reference voltage at the adjust input. The output can drive loads up to 400 mA with an accuracy of 0.5%. In stand-by mode, activated by the EN input, the IC has very low current consumption, making it ideal for low-power battery applications.
