The TLE4294G V50 is a monolithic integrated low drop out voltage regulator in the very small SMD package PG-SCT595-5. The TLE4296-2G V50 is designed to supply microprocessor systems under the harsh conditions of automotive applications, with additional protection against overload, short circuit, and reverse polarity. It features integrated thermal protection and regulates input voltages up to 40V to VQ,nom = 5.0V. The output can drive a load of more than 30mA, ensuring a regulated output voltage within 4% accuracy.
