The TLE4253E is a monolithic integrated low-dropout voltage tracking regulator in small PG-DSO-8 packages. IC designed for automotive applications, supplying off-board systems like sensors in engine management. Additional protection against reverse polarity and short circuit. Output voltage follows reference voltage with high accuracy. Input reference voltage can be 2.0 V or higher. Output can drive loads up to 250 mA. Shutdown mode reduces quiescent current. Suitable for low-power battery applications.
