The TLE42694GM is a monolithic integrated low dropout voltage regulator, especially designed for automotive applications. Regulate input voltage up to 45V to a stable 5.0V output, capable of driving loads up to 150mA. Features include short-circuit protection, over-temperature shutdown, and a reset signal for VQ,rt (4.65V). Programmable power-on reset delay with external capacitor. The sense comparator offers under-voltage monitoring. TLE42794 can replace TLE42694 if integrated resistors are not required.
