TLE4263GS is a 5-V low drop voltage regulator in a SMD package PG-DSO-14-30, PG-DSO-20-35, or G-DSO-8-16. The maximum input voltage is 45 V. The IC regulates input voltage VI (6V < VI < 45V) to VQ,nom = 5.0V. It supports output current > 200mA. Short-circuit proof with temperature protection. Generates reset signal for VQ,rt < 4.5V (adjustable to 3.5V). Reset delay set by external capacitor. Integrated watchdog logic supervises microcontroller. Inhibit input switches off IC (current consumption drops from 900μA to 0μA).
