Device supplies and monitors 32bit microcontrollers with multiple voltage levels. Buck converter, regulators, and voltage followers reduce power dissipation. Pre-regulator outputs 5.5V, followed by 5V and 3.3V(2.6V) regulators. Integrated control circuit with external power stage.Power sequencing for controlled power-up.
