The TLE6711G is a multifunctional power supply circuit especially designed for automotive applications. The TLE6711G/GL delivers a programmable step-up voltage (Boost) and a precise 5V short circuit protected output voltage (Buck). It includes a power-on reset, integrated digital window watchdog, and a system enable output for microcontroller monitoring. Based on Infineon’s power technology SPT®, it ensures high reliability with under- and overvoltage lockout and overtemperature shutdown features in a small PG-DSO-14-1 SMD package.
