The TLE4251G is a monolithic integrated low-drop voltage tracker, housed in PG-TO263-5 package. The TLE4251 is an automotive-grade device with protection against overload, short circuit, and reverse polarity. It tracks supply voltages up to 40 V to a reference voltage at the adjust input. The output can drive loads up to 400 mA with an accuracy of 0.5%. In stand-by mode, activated by the EN input, the IC has very low current consumption, making it ideal for low-power battery applications.
