The TLS205B0EJV is a micropower, low noise, low dropout voltage regulator, supplying an output current of 500 mA with a dropout voltage of 300 mV. TLS205B0EJV: Ideal for battery-powered systems with low quiescent current (30μA). Low output noise with 0.01μF bypass capacitor. Stable with small output capacitors (3.3μF), no series resistance needed for ceramic capacitors. Internal protection: reverse battery, current limiting, reverse current. Fixed output voltages (3.3V, 5.0V) and adjustable (1.22V reference). Available in PG-DSO8 and PG-TSON10 exposed pad packages.
