JANSR2N7503U8C is a rad hard N-channel MOSFET that has a voltage and current rating of 100V and 6.9A. This R5 component is packaged a SMD-0.2 with ceramic lid. With electrical performance up to 100krad(Si) TID and QPL classification, this R5 MOSFET has been characterized for SEE with LET up to 80MeV.cm2/mg. Low RDS(on) and low gate charge make it ideal for DC-DC converters and motor control in space.
