IRFYB9130CMSCV is a high reliability, 100V, single, N-channel MOSFET in a TO-257AA Tabless low ohmic package, with a ceramic eyelet. It uses HEXFET MOSFET technology to achieve low on-state resistance, high transconductance, and superior reverse energy and diode recovery dv/dt capability. It has TXV level screening and is ideal for power supplies, motor control, and other high-energy pulse circuits in defense applications.
