The S29GL512S11DHI023 is a 512 Mb, 3.0 V parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It features a 16-bit data bus, versatile I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC, and supports asynchronous random access as fast as 110 ns and page mode reads in 15 ns. With a 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC, advanced sector protection, and 100,000 program/erase cycles, it ensures reliable code storage for industrial and automotive applications up to 105°C.
