The S29GL128S90FHI023 is a 128 Mb parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It features random access times of 90 ns and page access times of 15 ns, with a 512-byte programming buffer. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply and I/O from 1.65 V to VCC, it supports 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20-year data retention. Sector protection and 100 µA standby current enhance reliability. Industrial and automotive grades span –40°C to +105°C.
