S80KS5123GABHM023 is a 512 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM with 1.8 V Octal xSPI interface. It supports DDR transfers up to 200 MHz clock and 400 MBps bandwidth, with RWDS read strobe/write mask and hardware RESET#. Configurable linear or wrapped bursts (16/32/64/128 B) and partial-array refresh support system power control. It operates from VCC 1.7 V to 2.0 V over –40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1) in a 24-ball FBGA.
