It operates at 3.0 V with 80 ns access time, features a 16-bit data bus, uniform sector architecture, advanced sector protection, and hardware ECC. Supporting –40°C to +105°C, it is housed in a 64-ball fortified BGA package and is JEDEC-compliant. With 100,000 erase cycles per sector and 20-year data retention, it is ideal for robust code and data storage.
