The S29GL064S80DHV030 is a 64 Mb (8 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using MIRRORBIT™ technology. It operates from a single 3.0 V supply, supports VIO from 1.65 V to VCC, and offers 70 ns access time. The device features 128 uniform 64 KB sectors, persistent and password sector protection, and hardware ECC for single-bit error correction. Up to 100,000 erase cycles per sector and typical 20-year data retention.
