With 70 ns access time, robust sector protection, and a secure silicon region, it offers 100,000 erase cycles per sector. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V VCC and 1.65 V to VCC+0.2 V VIO, it covers industrial and automotive temperature ranges from –40°C to +105°C. JEDEC compatibility ensures reliability.
