It operates from a single 3.0 V supply with 70 ns access time, features top boot sector architecture, advanced sector protection, and a secure silicon region for permanent identification. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V (VCC/VIO), it supports –40°C to +85°C in a 48-lead TSOP package. Enhanced ECC, low-power standby, and JEDEC compatibility suit embedded and industrial code storage.
