The S25HS512TDPBHV010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology for ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance and ASIL-D readiness. It supports Quad, Dual, and legacy SPI protocols with SDR up to 83 MBps and DDR up to 102 MBps. Features include flexible sector architecture, ECC, CRC, SafeBoot, and Endurance Flex for up to 1,280,000 cycles and 25 years retention. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 and industrial standards.
