The S25FL512SDPMFV010 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply. It supports Single, Dual, and Quad SPI plus DDR read commands, reaching up to 80 MBps (Quad DDR at 80 MHz). With 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year data retention, OTP, and advanced sector protection, it is AEC-Q100 qualified for –40°C to +125°C, ideal for automotive, industrial, and embedded applications.
