It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, supporting single, dual, quad, and DDR SPI interfaces. With up to 133 MHz (SDR), 80 MBps (DDR) read rates, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and AEC-Q100 qualification to -40°C to +125°C, it is ideal for automotive and embedded code storage.
