The S25FL512SDPBHI313 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture. It supports single, dual, quad, and DDR SPI interfaces with read rates up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, it meets AEC-Q100 automotive grades up to 125°C. Security features include a 1024-byte OTP region and automatic ECC.
