The S25FL512SDPBHI310 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI modes, including DDR, with read speeds up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it features 256 KB uniform sectors, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year data retention. AEC-Q100 qualified, it is ideal for automotive and embedded code storage.
