The S25FL512SDPBHBC13 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for fast program and erase. Supporting SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, quad, and DDR modes, it achieves up to 80 MBps read (Quad DDR) and 1.5 MBps page programming. With a 2.7 V to 3.6 V core, 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, advanced sector protection, and 20-year data retention, it is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive and embedded code storage applications.
