The S25FL512SAGMFV010 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory utilizing Infineon MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for enhanced program and erase performance. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad data lines, plus SDR and DDR read modes up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it is AEC-Q100 qualified for -40°C to 125°C.
