CY62167GN30-45ZXIT is a 16-Mbit CMOS SRAM organized as 1M × 16 or 2M × 8 with byte enables (BHE, BLE) and dual chip enables for easy memory expansion. It operates from 2.2 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to +85°C and provides 45 ns access time. Low-power modes include automatic power-down with 1.5 µA typical standby, supporting battery-powered embedded systems. The device is offered in a 48-pin Pb-free TSOP I package.
