CY62167GN30-45ZXI is a 16-Mbit (1M × 16/2M × 8) CMOS asynchronous SRAM with 45 ns access time for portable embedded systems. It operates from 2.2 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to +85°C. Typical standby current is 1.5 µA (8 µA max) with automatic power-down when deselected, and inputs/outputs go high-Z in standby. Operating ICC is 35 mA max at 22.22 MHz.
