Operating from 1.71 V to 1.89 V across –40°C to +85°C, it supports up to 20 MHz clock frequency. The device offers virtually unlimited endurance, 151-year data retention at 60°C, and fast, reliable nonvolatile writes. Hardware/software write protection, unique device ID, and a 256-byte special sector enable secure storage for industrial applications.
