CY14B104NA-ZS45XET is a 4-Mbit (256K × 16) automotive nvSRAM combining fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage per cell. It operates from 3.0 V to 3.6 V over –40°C to 125°C, in a 44-pin TSOP II package, and supports 45 ns access. Data is automatically STORED on power-down using an external 61 µF to 180 µF VCAP capacitor and RECALLED on power-up, with software or HSB pin control.
