The TLE6711GL is a multifunctional power supply circuit especially designed for automotive applications. The TLE6711G/GL offers programmable step-up voltage (Boost) and precise 5V short-circuit protected output voltage (Buck). It integrates power-on reset, digital window watchdog, and system enable output. Based on Infineon’s SPT®, it combines bipolar, CMOS, and DMOS power devices, with small PG-DSO-20-36 SMD packages and built-in under/overvoltage lockout and overtemperature shutdown for reliability.
