The TLE42664G is a monolithic integrated low dropout fixed voltage regulator for load currents up to 100 mA; 1-to-1 replacement for the TLE4266-2. TLE42664: Functionally compatible with TLE4266, it offers reduced quiescent current (typ. 40µA). Ideal for low standby current apps, it's disabled/enabled via EN pin. Compact package, pin compatible with TLE4266-2 and TLE4266. Provides overload, short circuit, and overtemperature protection. Regulates input voltage up to 45V to V Q,nom = 5V with ±3% precision, ±2% accuracy for load currents up to 50mA. Enable with a logical "HIGH" at ENABLE pin.
