XENSIV™ - TLE4998P3 linear Hall IC with digital temperature compensation in BiCMOS technology The Infineon TLE4998P linear sensor meets high-accuracy rotation, position detection & current measurement needs. It offers a digital PWM signal, easily decoded by microcontroller timer/capture units. External lowpass filter enables A/D conversion with sensor supply voltage as reference. IC is produced in BiCMOS tech with reverse polarity protection. 16-bit DSP architecture ensures excellent long-term stability.
