Types: TLE5009-E2000 & TLE5009-E2010 (5 V), TLE5009-E1000 & TLE5009-E1010 (3.3 V). TLE5009-E2010 & TLE5009-E1010 have improved angular accuracy with production trimming at two temperatures.
