The TLE42644G is a monolithic integrated low dropout fixed voltage regulator for load currents up to 100 mA; 1-to-1 replacement for the TLE4264-2. The TLE42644 is a functional alternative to TLE4264, with reduced quiescent current of 40µA. Pin compatible with TLE4264-2 and TLE4264, it's ideal for low standby current applications. In a compact PG-SOT223-4 package, it safeguards against overload, short circuit, and overtemperature conditions. Regulating input voltage up to 45V to V Q,nom = 5V (±3%) with ±2% accuracy for load currents up to 50mA.
