Short-circuit proof with over-temperature shutdown. Features adjustable reset threshold, watchdog circuit, inhibit input. Reset output RO goes low when voltage falls below threshold V Q,rt. Power-on reset delay and watchdog pulse trigger time adjustable. Inhibit input switches off IC, reducing current consumption to 0μA.
