The TLE6288R is a 6-channel (150 mOhm) Smart Multichannel Switch in Smart Power Technology The TLE6288R IC integrates protection, diagnosis, and configurable functions. Channels 1-3 feature integrated charge pump for autonomous peak and hold current regulation with PWM. Channels 4-6 can work as high-side or low-side switches. It can drive standard automotive loads with switching frequencies up to 10 kHz and autonomously handle up to 3 inductive peak & hold loads with programmable current values.
