These LEDs interlock along the long axis making a seamless infinite length display possible. Or can be stacked normally. (please see example) each face 5 x 1mm nom. (4.9 x 0.96 actual) stepped at 3.6mm down from top face to 3.5mm x 5.4mm interlocking profile ( please see drawing) (all dimensions approximated) but would suggest that a milled slot in a front panel of 1mm will allow for a neat fit. If the panel was 3.5 mm thick itself then these would fit flush due to the step. This step also allows for easy palcement and fixing ( silicon glue /glue gun). leads are trimmed to 10mm long suggesting a vero or PCB mounting for precision alignment : 2.5mm pitch.
