Supporting single, dual, and quad SPI I/O, it delivers up to 54 MBps read rates (Quad, 108 MHz) and 800 KBps page programming. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it offers industrial and automotive temperature ranges up to 125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1).
